Technical Engineer

Key Responsibility:

1. Coordinate design clarifications with subcontractors for various drawings. 与分包商协调设计澄清，确保施工图纸一致。
2. Review and amend construction drawings, collaborating with the design team. 审查并修订施工图纸，与设计团队紧密合作。
3. Develop detailed construction drawings as required. 根据项目需求，编制详细的施工图纸
4. Manage technical queries and design changes, ensuring proper documentation. 处理技术问题及设计变更，确保记录完整并追踪进度。
5. Oversee the approval progress of design modifications in Aconex. 在 Aconex 系统中管理相关审批流程，确保设计变更获得批准。
6. Conduct on-site inspections to ensure construction activities follow approved plans. 进行现场检查，确保施工符合批准的计划和设计。
7. Perform material testing and retesting inspections to meet quality standards. 执行材料测试及复检，确保质量标准符合要求。
8. Maintain records of construction plans, drawing changes, and technical documents. 维护施工计划、图纸变更及技术文件的完整记录。
9. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Management. 执行管理层指派的其他任务。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. 土木工程、施工管理或相关专业本科/大专学历。
2. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in technical engineering or construction design. 至少 3-5 年 技术工程或施工设计经验。
3. Strong knowledge of construction drawings, engineering principles, and quality control. 具备施工图纸、工程原理及质量控制的扎实知识。
