Job Description
As a System Clerk, you will be responsible for assisting in the development, maintenance, and supervision of the quality management system for Midea’s Thai factory operations.
You will play a key role in ensuring the factory meets internal quality control standards and customer audit requirements.
This role is ideal for candidates with a background in quality system management and strong coordination skills.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and optimize the quality system processes for the Thai factory to ensure efficient system operations.

Assist in preparing and completing factory system audits, ensuring compliance with customer quality audit requirements.

Monitor, supervise, and review the daily operation and effectiveness of the factory’s quality management system.
Requirements

Relevant experience in system management or familiarity with quality system operations (e.g., ISO9001).

Fluent in Chinese (spoken and written) is required.

Good understanding of system operation processes and audit procedures.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and handle documentation effectively.
