Site Engineer

Key Responsibility:

1. Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities. 监督和管理所有施工现场活动。
2. Ensure work is carried out according to project plans, specifications, and safety regulations 确保施工符合项目计划、技术规格和安全规定。
3. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams. 与分包商、供应商和项目团队协调工作。
4. Ensure the availability of materials, tools, and equipment as per project needs. 确保按项目需求提供材料、工具和设备。
5. Ensure all materials and workmanship meet project specifications and industry standards. 确保所有材料和施工工艺符合项目规范和行业标准。
6. Address non-conformance issues and implement corrective actions 处理不合规问题并执行纠正措施。
7. Prepare daily site reports, documenting progress and challenges. 编写每日施工报告，记录进展和问题。
8. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Management. 执行管理层指派的其他任务。

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. 土木工程、施工管理或相关专业本科/大专学历。
2. Minimum 2-5 years of experience in site supervision or engineering. 至少 2-5 年 现场管理或工程经验
