Job Description
Linergy Power is hiring a Security Supervisor to oversee daily security operations, including personnel, patrol routines, and incident handling. You will coordinate with management to implement site security policies and maintain a safe workplace. This role is responsible for supervising and training security staff on all shifts.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of security personnel and assign patrol duties.
Respond to security incidents, write reports, and liaise with authorities when needed.
Ensure site access controls, CCTV systems, and emergency protocols are in place and followed.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; security certification or former enforcement experience is an advantage.
Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and handle emergencies.
