Quantity Surveyor

Key Responsibility:

1. Perform detailed quantity take-offs based on construction drawings. 根据施工图纸进行详细的工程量计算。
2. Prepare cost estimations and pricing analysis for projects. 准备成本估算和项目定价分。
3. Analyze material requirements and ensure cost optimization. 分析材料需求，确保成本优化。
4. Prepare and submit tender documents within tight deadlines. 在紧迫的时间内编制和提交投标文件。
5. Manage pre qualification processes, vendor negotiations, and contract awards. 负责供应商资格预审、谈判及合同授予。
6. Process material orders while monitoring cost control measures. 处理材料采购订单，并实施成本控制措施。
7. Verify subcontractor claims and ensure timely payment processing. 核对分包商索赔，确保及时支付。
8. Perform additional assignments as directed by the Management. 执行管理层指派的其他任务。

Requirements:

1. Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. 工料测量、土木工程或相关专业本科或以上学历。
2. 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field. 3-5 年相关工作经验，熟悉工料测量及施工成本管理。
3. Strong knowledge of construction contracts & cost management. 熟悉建筑合同条款 & 成本控制。
