Job Responsibilities 岗位职责

制定并执行策略,推广商业空调市场中的 Chiller/VRF 产品。
Develop and execute strategies to promote Chiller/VRF products in the commercial air conditioning market. -
建立并维护与顾问、现有客户及潜在客户的稳固关系,扩大客户群。
Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, existing clients, and potential customers to expand the client base. -
从以产品为中心转向以解决方案为中心的销售,提供完整的 HVAC 解决方案,包括系统、服务及控制方案。
Transition from product-centric to solution-centric selling by offering comprehensive HVAC solutions including systems, services, and control. -
向顾问及重点客户提供技术支持、设备选型、系统设计及热负荷计算。
Provide technical support, equipment selection, system design, and heat load estimation to consultants and key accounts. -
通过 Plan & Spec 方法识别客户需求,提高公司中标机会。
Identify customer needs through Plan & Spec methods and enhance the company’s chances of securing orders. -
基于市场及竞争对手分析,识别推广活动及服务的机会。
Identify opportunities for campaigns and services based on market and competitor analysis. -
关注客户反馈,主动响应客户需求。
Monitor customer feedback and proactively address customer needs. -
代表公司参与行业活动、展览及社交网络活动。
Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking events.
Qualifications & Experience 资格与经验要求

工程、工商管理或相关专业学士学位。
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. -
具备项目销售成功经验,优先考虑 HVAC 或建筑行业经验者。
Proven track record in project sales, preferably in the HVAC or construction industry.
