As a Production Team Leader, you will support the Shift Leader in managing production operations, guiding employees, and achieving production targets. You will ensure quality, safety, and efficiency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities / 主要职责

Assist the Shift Leader in managing production activities and developing team members.

Identify and report quality risks, equipment issues, and safety hazards.
及时发现并上报质量隐患、设备异常和安全问题。

Maintain workplace orderliness and promote 5S management.
保持工作区域整洁有序，持续推进5S活动。

Collect feedback from operators to support production improvement.
收集并反馈员工意见和现场情况，为管理提供建议。
