Job Description
Linergy Power is seeking Production Team Leaders to manage and guide frontline production workers across shifts. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth line operation, meeting output targets, and maintaining product quality. This leadership role requires hands-on coordination and team supervision in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily production activities, allocate manpower, and ensure timely completion of tasks.
Monitor line performance, troubleshoot issues, and enforce operational procedures.
Train new operators, uphold safety standards, and report production metrics to supervisors.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; major not restricted.
At least 2 years of working experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
