Job Description
The Procurement Executive will be responsible for handling purchasing operations and ensuring timely supply of materials to meet production needs.
You will assist in vendor management, price negotiations, and order tracking.
This role provides foundational exposure to supply chain processes within a manufacturing context.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with suppliers to obtain quotations, confirm purchase orders, and follow up on deliveries.
Maintain accurate procurement records and support cost-saving initiatives.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure purchasing aligns with operational needs.
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Detail-oriented, able to handle multiple tasks and maintain records efficiently.
