Job Description:

1. Responsible for conducting purchasing activities;
2. Prepare purchase orders from ordering merchandise and supplies;
3. Follow up with vendors and suppliers for orders and invoices;
4. Maintaining good records of purchases, pricing, invoices, and other important data;
5. Ensure orders are delivered within the timeframe by keeping a good relationship with supplier and vendors;
6. Follow and enforce the company’s procurement policies and procedures;
7. Ad-hoc tasks to support other team-member.

 

Qualifications:

1. Currently pursuing a Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain/ Procurement
/Marketing/Business Administration/Business Studies or any other related fields;
2. Mastering in Microsoft Excel is a must;
3. Good command of both Chinese and English;
4. Able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;
5. You are obliged to keep all the company information private and confidential.
