Job Description / หน้าที่หลัก

English:
Plan and schedule production according to orders and factory capacity, coordinate with relevant departments, monitor readiness of materials, machines, and manpower, adjust plans for real-time issues, manage inventory, use ERP systems, analyze production data for efficiency, support innovation projects, and continuously improve planning processes.

วางแผนและจัดตารางการผลิตตามคำสั่งและกำลังการผลิต ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร แรงงาน ปรับแผนตามสถานการณ์จริง ควบคุม Stock ใช้ ERP วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ สนับสนุนโครงการนวัตกรรม และพัฒนากระบวนการวางแผนอย่างต่อเนื่อง

Key Responsibilities / หน้าที่หลัก

• • Plan production schedules based on orders and factory capacity / วางแผนการผลิตตามคำสั่งและกำลังการผลิต

• • Coordinate with relevant departments to meet targets / ประสานงานกับฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เป้าหมายสำเร็จ

• • Monitor readiness of materials, machines, and manpower / ตรวจสอบความพร้อมของวัตถุดิบ เครื่องจักร และแรงงาน

• • Adjust production plans for real-time issues / ปรับแผนการผลิตตามสถานการณ์จริง

• • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports / จัดทำรายงานประจำวัน/สัปดาห์/เดือน

• • Analyze production data for efficiency improvement / วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิตเพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ

• • Manage finished goods stock / วางแผนและควบคุม Stock สินค้าสำเร็จรูป
  • Use ERP or planning software / ใช้ ERP หรือโปรแกรมวางแผน

  • Support planning-related innovation projects / สนับสนุนโครงการนวัตกรรมเกี่ยวกับการวางแผน

  • Study new planning techniques for continuous improvement / ศึกษาเทคนิคใหม่เพื่อปรับปรุงกระบวนการ

Requirement / ข้อกำหนด

• Male or Female, aged 25–35 / เพศชายหรือหญิง อายุ 25–35 ปี

 

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Production Management, or related field / วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหการ โลจิสติกส์ การจัดการผลิต หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

 

• Minimum 1 year of production planning experience / มีประสบการณ์วางแผนการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

 

• Detail-oriented, responsible, and team-oriented / ละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี

 

• Experience in large-scale or continuous production factories is an advantage / หากมีประสบการณ์โรงงานขนาดใหญ่หรือสายการผลิตต่อเนื่องจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ

Experience / ประสบการณ์

• • At least 1 year in production planning or process analysis / มีประสบการณ์งานวางแผนการผลิตหรือวิเคราะห์กระบวนการผลิตอย่างน้อย 1 ปี

• • Worked with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, or Sales teams / เคยทำงานร่วมกับฝ่ายผลิต คลังสินค้า จัดซื้อ หรือฝ่ายขาย

• • Familiar with ERP / MRP or other planning software / ใช้งาน ERP / MRP หรือซอฟต์แวร์วางแผนอื่น ๆ ได้

• • Lean, Kaizen, or Innovation project experience is a plus / มีประสบการณ์โครงการ Lean / Kaizen / Innovation จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
