Position: Compensation Specialist
Salary: RM6,000 – RM10,000
Education: Bachelor’s degree and above
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Key Responsibilities:
Handle monthly statutory contributions including KWSP, SOCSO, PCB
Maintain attendance system and track employee records
Analyze market compensation data and produce benchmarking reports
Assist in preparing HR budget and financial reports
Respond to employee queries on payroll and benefits
Job Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor and payroll regulations
Proficiency in payroll software
Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of confidentiality
Good command of both English and Chinese; Malay is a plus
