Key Responsibility:
- Implement strategies to monitor and evaluate mechanical and electrical systems in construction projects.制定策略来监督和评估建筑项目中的机电系统。
- Inspect all phases of mechanical and electrical systems in construction buildings.检查建筑工程各个阶段的机电系统。
- Identify issues and discrepancies from project specifications and propose corrective actions.发现项目规格中的问题和偏差，并提出纠正措施。
- Ensure materials delivered to site comply with contracts and construction drawings, focusing on specifications, quality, and suitability for use in the project.确保运送到现场的材料符合合同和施工图纸的要求，注重规格、质量和适用性。
- Monitor and keep records of all M&E work activities at the site for reporting.监控并记录施工现场所有机电工作活动，以便报告。
- Conduct final inspections and handovers, ensuring all aspects of the construction meet required standards and specifications.进行最终检查和交接，确保施工各方面符合要求的标准和规格。
- Perform additional assignments as directed by the Management.执行管理层指派的其他任务。
Requirements:
- At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.至少拥有 机械或电气工程专业的文凭或学士学位，或相关领域的学历。
- Proven experience in monitoring construction projects.具有 监控建筑项目 的经验。
