Job Description
Alliance Steel is looking for skilled Machine Maintenance Workers / Welders to support machinery upkeep and structural welding tasks in our plant. You will carry out welding repairs, routine machine servicing, and emergency maintenance. This role is essential to ensuring production efficiency and equipment safety.
Key Responsibilities
Perform welding, cutting, and fitting tasks based on technical specifications.
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical systems and factory machines.
Troubleshoot faults, carry out repairs, and document maintenance activities.
Requirements
Certificate or diploma in Welding, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in welding or machine maintenance in an industrial setting.
Possess valid welding certification (e.g., SMAW, GMAW) and knowledge of safety procedures.
