Job Description
As an Incoming Materials Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting and verifying the quality of raw materials and components delivered by suppliers.
You will work closely with the purchasing and quality teams to ensure that all materials meet the required specifications before being used in production.
This role is ideal for candidates with a keen eye for detail and an interest in quality assurance within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities

Inspect and accept incoming raw materials and components based on inspection standards and specifications.

Identify, isolate, and record non-conforming products, and promptly notify the purchasing team and suppliers.

Complete and maintain accurate inspection reports and records to support supplier evaluation and quality traceability.

Participate in supplier quality assessments and audits, offering improvement suggestions.

Analyze incoming materials inspection data and report findings to the Quality Supervisor for continuous improvement.
Requirements

College diploma or above, majoring in Science or Engineering.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and observation skills.

Familiarity with quality inspection tools and techniques is an advantage.

Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and report writing.

Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
