Job Description
As a Human Resources Executive, you will assist in executing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
You will also support administrative tasks related to HR documentation and policy enforcement.
This position provides a comprehensive entry into corporate HR functions in a manufacturing setting.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate job postings, schedule interviews, and assist in hiring procedures.
Manage employee records and support payroll and leave administration tasks.
Promote internal communication and assist in organizing training or staff activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
Good interpersonal skills and strong attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with handling confidential information.
