Job Description
As an HRBP, you will be responsible for managing recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to meet the factory’s workforce needs. You will also coordinate employee relations, address workplace challenges, and organize morale-boosting activities. This role is ideal for bilingual candidates with a strong sense of responsibility and a passion for employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities

Manage recruitment, onboarding training, and offboarding procedures in line with factory staffing requirements.

Coordinate and resolve employee work-life issues and promote well-being and mental health.

Organize staff engagement activities to enhance morale, team cohesion, and a sense of belonging.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management or related fields.

Proficient in Chinese, with the ability to communicate bilingually on a daily basis.
