Job Description
As a Desktop Service Trainee, you will support the IT department in ensuring smooth daily computer and device operations across the company.
You will learn to troubleshoot software and hardware issues, assist with system installations, and maintain inventory documentation.
This internship offers hands-on experience in corporate IT support and infrastructure maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with hardware setup, software installation, and routine system maintenance.
Troubleshoot user technical issues and escalate complex problems to senior IT staff.
Maintain IT asset lists and document all support activities and resolutions.
Requirements
Pursuing or holding a degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
Basic familiarity with Windows operating systems, Office software, and networking preferred.
Eager to learn, proactive in solving problems, and detail-oriented.
