Job Description
Ai Cha is looking for a detail-oriented Data Analyst – Sales Admin to support data-driven decision-making in our sales operations. You will collect, organize, and interpret sales data to generate actionable insights. This role bridges analytics with administrative support to improve sales performance and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Compile and analyze sales data, trends, and KPIs to support business strategies.
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and forecasts for the sales and management teams.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure data accuracy, order tracking, and system updates.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
