As a Customer Relation Executive, you will be the bridge between the company and its partners or clients, handling queries and maintaining long-term relationships.
You will support communication, feedback collection, and service coordination.
This position is ideal for individuals with strong people skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries, follow up on feedback, and maintain client databases.
Coordinate between departments to resolve client concerns promptly.
Assist in preparing service reports and enhancing customer satisfaction strategies.
Requirements
Degree in International Business or any relevant field.
Strong communication skills in both spoken and written English.
Customer-focused, friendly, and able to handle client interactions professionally.
