Job Description:
• This position requires to lead community strategy and operations on product’s official community channel, talent management, and related campaigns.
• Develop new ways to engage the game community while strengthening and developing potential community members.
• Lead and execute creative social media campaigns and promotional content to engage with users.
• Manage & schedule all official social media channels and coordinate collaborations across internal teams and 3rd party partners.
• Track and report campaigns/events on all official social media channels in terms of performance and KPI.
Qualifications:
• Have experience in tech & digital projects with an emphasis on building communities across different platforms and entertainment content.
• Able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable with a heavily data-driven approach. Past experience in game industry is preferred.
• At least 4 years of community and/or talent management
• Experience with social content promotion on digital platforms
• Creative and resourceful person who is in-trend with local culture and behaviour
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay
Our office operates from 9 am to 6 pm, and we offer a one-hour flexible lunch break. The salary package includes a basic salary without additional allowances.
