Contracts Manager

Job Description:
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm

1.To review, comment & identify the Contractual risks.
2.To draft, evaluate, negotiate and execute contracts throughout the business development phase to execution phase.
3.To provide advisory all matters related to company’s contractual and commercial requirements. (including VO, EOT claim, arbitration, etc.).
4.To monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or amendment, etc
5.To manage record keeping for all contract/legal-related correspondence and documentation.
6.To handle any legal related issues for the company and to liaise with HQ and corporate legal personnel.

Requirements:
1. Hold a degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent field.
2. Experience in civil works, highway and related infrastructure works (railway and tracks in an advantage).
3. Minimum 8 years working experience in contract management, quantity surveying of construction industry.
