Job Description:

Develop, implement, and maintain document control procedures.
Control, monitor and distribute project documents.
Coordinate all document-related activities, including technical files and correspondence.
Review, update, and maintain documentation and databases.
Verify accuracy and completeness of all records.
Ensure proper labeling, storage, and archiving of documents.
Manage the Aconex database for project teams, including document uploads and distribution.
Conduct regular audits of site records.

Requirements:
Minimum educational requirement includes a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Post Graduate Diploma in a related field.
At least 1 year of document control experience is required.
Fluent in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with Mandarin translation and documentation.
