Quantity Surveyor

Job Description:

Conduct quantity takeoff and cost estimation.
Prepare tender submissions on tight schedules.
Manage pre qualification, negotiations, and vendor contracts.
Oversee material ordering and cost control.
Evaluate and process vendor claims.
Submit monthly progress claims promptly.
Finalize project accounts with clients and vendors.
Perform assigned tasks as required.

Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Quantity Survey
Able to communicate well in English and mandarin (to communicate with management).
At least 1-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
