Job Description:
Working Hour: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 6:00pm, Saturday 8:00am to 1:00pm,lunch break 12:00pm to 2:00pm
1.Organize and oversee both physical and digital file management.
2.Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
3.Support company events and coordinate travel arrangements.
4.Maintain accurate staff leave records and manage overtime tracking.
5.Assist with staff expense claims and handle HR-related correspondences.
6.Manage general administration tasks, including service agreements and insurance.
7.Perform ad-hoc administrative duties as required.
Requirements:
1.Diploma in Human Resource or equivalent.
2.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
3.Knowledgeable in Malaysian Labor Laws and HR practices.
4.Trustworthy with confidential matters.
