Job Description
As a Budget and Asset Accountant, you will be responsible for managing budget execution, monitoring asset operations, and ensuring financial risk control throughout investment projects. The role involves system maintenance, project and asset supervision, and financial evaluation support. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of cross-department coordination.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the expense budget system, control monthly and year-end budget usage, and analyze budget usage variances.

Responsible for project approval, bidding, acceptance, and payment approval management of expense and investment projects.

Supervise physical management of fixed assets, idle asset disposal, and organize asset inventory.

Participate in the post-evaluation of expense and investment projects.

Formulate and improve asset management-related systems and control full-process financial risks of investment projects.

Lead the annual fixed asset inventory and handle inventory discrepancies.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Financial Management.

Good communication and coordination skills.
