Job Description
AICHA FOOD MY is hiring a Sales Admin Supervisor to lead and oversee daily sales administration functions. You will ensure accurate order processing, stock coordination, and team performance. This role plays a key part in streamlining the sales support process and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise a team of sales admin staff and monitor daily operations and performance.
Ensure timely processing of orders, invoicing, stock availability, and delivery coordination.
Prepare sales reports, assist in improving workflows, and liaise with internal departments for smooth execution.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory position.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
