Job Description:
As a Sales Manager at Shun Cheng Mechanical & Electrical Equipment (M) SDN. BHD., you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic sales planning and client relationship management. This role requires strong leadership to guide the sales team and expand the company’s market presence within the mechanical and electrical equipment industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

Lead and coach the sales team to improve performance and productivity

Identify and pursue new business opportunities and key accounts

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and partners

Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies

Requirement
Educational Background

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
