岗位职责 / Job Responsibilities

• 审核施工及施工图纸，确保准确性、符合规范及技术标准 / Review construction and shop drawings to ensure accuracy, compliance, and adherence to technical standards

 

• 识别图纸中的差异并提供技术解决方案及建议 / Identify discrepancies in drawings and provide  technical solutions

 

• 与顾问及中国设计团队就 RFI、技术澄清及设计事宜进行协调（需普通话） / Coordinate with consultants and China-based design teams on RFIs and clarifications  (Mandarin required)

 

• 为现场团队、主管及分包商提供技术支持/ Provide technical support to site teams, supervisors, and subcontractors

 

• 确保施工工作按照批准图纸、规范及相关标准进行 / Ensure construction works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and relevant standards

 

• 协助准备施工方法说明、材料提交及技术文件 / Assist in the preparation of method statements, material submissions, and technical documentation

 

• 参加技术会议、设计评审及现场协调会议 / Attend technical meetings, design reviews, and site coordination sessions as required

 

• 进行现场检查，验证施工进度、质量及技术合规性 / Conduct site inspections to verify work progress, quality, and technical compliance

 

• 管理技术文件，包括图纸修订、RFI、NCR 及技术报告 / Manage technical documents including drawing revisions, RFIs, NCRs, and technical reports

任职要求 / Qualifications

• 土木、机械、电气工程或相关专业的大专或学士学位 / Diploma or Degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field

 

• 5–10 年相关施工或基础设施项目经验 / 5–10 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects

 

• 能够熟练解读土木、结构及机电图纸 / Strong ability to interpret Civil, Structural, and M&E drawings

 

• 必须具备普通话能力，以便与中国设计团队协调工作 / Mandarin proficiency is mandatory for coordination with China-based design teams

 

• 熟练使用 AutoCAD、Microsoft Office 及图纸审查工具 / Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and drawing review tools

 

• 具备良好的问题解决能力及沟通协调能力 / Strong problem-solving skills with good communication and coordination abilities
