Job Description
As an EHS Administrator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining the factory’s environment, health, and safety (EHS) management system in compliance with local regulations. This role involves conducting inspections, delivering EHS training, and coordinating with government authorities to ensure workplace safety and environmental protection. It is ideal for proactive individuals with strong communication skills and a solid understanding of EHS principles.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and improve EHS management systems, formulate related regulations and procedures, and supervise their implementation.

• Provide EHS training and awareness education for employees to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.

• Conduct regular EHS inspections and evaluations to identify and eliminate safety hazards and environmental risks.

• Investigate and handle EHS accidents, and develop corrective and preventive measures.

• Maintain communication with local EHS regulatory authorities to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.

Requirements

• College degree or above in Safety Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.

• Understanding of EHS-related laws and regulations.

• Ability to identify risks and investigate potential hazards.

• Strong sense of responsibility, with good communication and coordination skills to drive cross-departmental improvements.
