Job Description
As a Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE), you will be responsible for managing supplier quality performance, supporting supplier development, and ensuring the quality of purchased components and materials.
You will work closely with the R&D, purchasing, and production teams to monitor supplier compliance and continuously improve supplier quality systems.
This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy problem-solving, supplier engagement, and driving quality improvements across the supply chain.
Key Responsibilities

Manage supplier quality by conducting audits, evaluations, and improvement coaching to enhance supplier quality management capabilities.

Participate in supplier selection and development processes by evaluating potential suppliers’ quality capabilities and providing selection recommendations.

Maintain effective communication with suppliers to promptly resolve quality issues and ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented.

Track and analyze supplier delivery quality data, conduct regular performance reviews and rankings, and promote continuous supplier improvement.

Participate in internal new product development projects, collaborating with R&D and procurement to ensure incoming materials meet quality standards.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree, majoring in Science, Engineering, or related fields.

Proficiency in Chinese or English is preferred.

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving mindset.

Basic understanding of supplier quality systems, quality tools, and audit techniques (e.g., PPAP, APQP, 8D).

Good communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work with cross-functional teams.
