Job Description
Linergy Power is looking for Desktop Service Technicians to provide front-line IT support and troubleshooting for users across departments. You will install, maintain, and repair hardware, software, and network systems. This position requires strong problem-solving skills and a service-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to and resolve user support requests for desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices.
Maintain inventory of IT assets and ensure timely updates and patches.
Coordinate with IT teams to escalate unresolved issues and support system upgrades.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
At least 1 year of hands-on IT support experience.
Familiar with Windows operating systems, network troubleshooting, and basic cybersecurity practices.
