Job Description
Alliance Steel is hiring Production Central Controllers to monitor and manage manufacturing processes from the central control room. You will oversee production parameters, troubleshoot irregularities, and ensure continuous plant operation. This role is crucial to maintaining production efficiency, safety, and product quality.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor automated control systems for various production lines.
Respond to alarms and abnormal data readings by coordinating with field operators.
Record daily production data, report issues, and follow safety protocols at all times.
Requirements
Diploma or degree in Applied Science, Chemical, Biochemical, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and willingness to work in shift rotations.
