Job Description

AICHA FOOD MY is hiring Customer Support Executives to provide frontline assistance to our franchise partners. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and coordinate internal support for franchise operations. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused and enjoy working in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment.


Key Responsibilities

Respond to franchisee inquiries through email, phone, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain franchise records, assist with onboarding, and ensure compliance with brand guidelines.
Liaise with internal departments to resolve operational issues and improve franchise satisfaction.


Requirements

Diploma or degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first mindset.
Experience in franchise operations or customer service is an advantage but not mandatory.
