Job Description:
1. Coordinating with team members in order to identify issues, resolve tickets and troubleshoot faulty devices.
2. Onsite support device(switch & server) maintenance job.
3. Participate in the implementation of project onsite, including installation, cabling, switch configuration, acceptance test etc.
4. Coordinate with vendors and support team on project technical problem resolution and implementation issues.
5. Participate in preparing necessary documents in advance, including configuration scripts, cable connection table, and project/service acceptance report.
6. Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly report or customer level report when it is required.
7. Handling parts inwards and outwards of the warehouse.
8. Manage warehouse inventory accordingly and conduct stock checks upon request, supporting parts delivery to the data centre”
Qualifications:
“1.Recent graduates with a degree in an IT-related discipline or individuals with 0-3 years of professional experience in the IT field.
2.Outstanding communication skills in Mandarin& English and other languages (Our company is mainly dealing with China Company Client).”
